For REAL!!! Palm Beach County, florida is a good market for cell phones.... There are many Flea Markets....and All kinds of people that shop mostly at Flea Markets...Vendors that sell all types of electronic gadgets and wireless( non-traditional brands)..

It would not be hard to solicit vendors for cell phones service.. debit transactions.. debit cards... ect. There are plenty of one-stop vendors that do it ALL... pay your electric bills.. other bills, calling cards, add minutes to cell phones, pre-paid service..

There is a great population whom are under financed therefore are looked upon as under valued.. So people tend to pay a little more for the things that they enjoy.
