Devcool from the LOGI-COOL board investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.aspx?board_id=24635 seems to think there is enormous dilution going on, Funding parties want control of the company, CEO doesn't want to give it up, Funding parties take it on themselves to buy out the stock at discount prices, and taking it down to buy more.

Typical thing going on. No Fear!

But that was a big chunk.
