I believe the Inotera dismissal has more to do with jurisdictional issues rather than any joint venture with IFX. IMHO the lawyer has it wrong...... I'm not sure any joint ventures with IFX would preclude any such company from the patent litigation. JMDO and I'm not a lawyer.
