i think he is saying, "we know it happened but a lot of what was out there was not the truth" BUT hey, we have paid everyone and we have no lawsuits at this time. Its called SPIN, let them say it however they want to at least they are saying we are done with the matter + paid our debt to society and now we can concentrate on coffee sales.
