To the best of my knowledge in that time frame unit # 2 solved the petcoke issue. #1 is being repaired and # 3 at the Niagara location is still in assembly mode with pictures of fuel tankers recieving fuel generated by at least one of the P20. While that is happening in NY another location in Florida is bring prepped for a cluster of P20 units. And while that is happening a buying op is occuring since none of that info has been released to the global markets to act upon. Will a chart tell me to seize the opportunity as an accredited investor or just go ahead and buy retail in anticipation of official company announcements that will solidify what the shareholders already seem to know.
