Quick answer: Until there is tangible proof that anything (ie: written plans, construction permits, building materials purchased, etc.) is in the works then no one with money to invest is going to believe that this is any more credible than anything else these people have said. Not trying to be negative, just realistic, and I do wish all current investors well.
