Just so I'm clear, are these the same charts that were telling investors PPHM was an up and comer?

Technically, yes. If management of PPHM began to leak to friends/investors/whoever that they had reach endpoints, then yes, the runup was a prelude to their "highly" "successful" PR. say what you want about what happened afterwards (whether or not it was managements fault about the faulty data, but if they had positive data in hand and didnt know if was bogus, then yes, they could have told the story before the results were known).

Personally, I think the chart is just as effective as all the numbers crunching, data mining, statistical analysis prediction (laughable most of the time) etc. that a lot of people do here to predict positive/negative outcomes - which are wrong many times as well.
