Lots more detail in the 8K, nothing really new. Just more information on the publishing company we now own.

Also pretty clear that the medical products will go away and our name will change to "Cloud Ventures" or something like that. With Rochon holding 90%, soon to be 95% of all shares he has a plan that he will unfold soon.
