From what I've read, Brown's first choice for a model SC justice was Justice Scalia - then apparently realizing he's not within the confines of the Repub caucus but back home in MA, Brown added a few more justices to his list...Brown's list did not include Justice Elena Kagen, whom he voted against.
Also, Brown could not help himself once again and told Warren "I'm not a student in your classroom" - it wasn't the "professor" label Brown used during their last debate, but it carried the same message...I presume Brown thinks MA residents will hail his contempt for teachers/educators.
Still, I think the MA senate race is close - it's tough to unseat an incumbent.
