Clearly you don't need BID for the half-life - the issue is whether the DLT is a CMAX issue or an AUC issue. If it's a CMAX issue, then you could potentially get a better S/E profile with BID.
I agree. I was just passing along the convo in the CC. It was an unusually brief but near hostile exchange between the caller and the ARIA guy, which was surprising to me. I guess we'll have to wait until they offer some data for this... they don't seem to be too inclined to speculate
