Goldlake & Italpreziosi are 50/50 owners of each other(privately) One might want to speculate the two companies may merge into the public-company as reported in the Italian news article.

If anyone knows how big these two entities are, as I do...it would take allot of accounting and auditing to merge the two....If the companies merged they would qualify for a major listing.....Is the amount of time the financials taking due to the below statement???
