Im sorry, but you are absolutley wrong. You can short a penny stock including this one, and people and market makers do every day. There are multiple market makers envolved with mjna every day. There is just not one dedicated to mjna. All you need to do to see this is look at level 2. If you watch it long enough you can actully see the mm walk the price down.
