The only way this can be resolved by management is to sell out to the highest bidder .

1. This is only possible if feds rule in our favor

2. This stock will never sell at market value going into the future because of our management team. They may be the best but I believe the market precedes otherwise.( they may have to change name again)

3. The board is not respected .

4. The one liners with no substance are winning over the brilliant members .( very frustrating)

5. Many of the financial writers are advising their readers to go elsewhere.(what are the loyal investors to do when after many years of frustration ,You know the rest of story.

6.Do we really want our management team to carry the ball to finish line? We have no say so.
They must sell out , to protect the program, their reputation, and the stockholders.
