It is the easiest way to eliminate shareholders en-mas.

The same end came to a ticker only about 6 miles south of HQ - the CEO there also claimed to know nothing about what happened and blamed the SEC for the stock being suspended and shortly thereafter revoked - NEVER TO TRADE AGAIN.

Yet the CEO had "created" a private LLC with only company insiders. THAT WAS A FRAUD THAT STILL NEEDS TO BE PROCECUTED.
