This s far from a 50-50 toss. CDEX has far from an even chance of becoming profitable. The TROO BLEEVERS are non-existant..except for PERHAPS one or two.

The BK court allowing CDEX a shot came because the creditors DID NOT OBJECT BY MAJORITY..not because they endorsed anything.

It cost them nothing that was not ALREADY LOST..
