Whenever there is a product that the public wants, there will be individuals that will try to profit by selling online.
When that happens the company can go after these individuals and shut them down from selling or do it with the help of the vendor. This happens all the time. There are hundreds of companies that keep their products from being sold online.
That does not mean that individuals will try, but it may not last long.
IMO we don't need to worry about anyone selling Dixie X online. The distribution agreement won't allow it and anyone trying to do it on there own will be shut down.
