Toogood is right on that point. If CT's were to come off of the grays, continue trading as is and reinstate dividends, people would be pounding the table trying to get shares. With the dividends that these CT's paid, Where else are you going to make that kind of return on your investment in today's market? Because of the dividend and the huge demand for shares, the PPS could go well above it's face value in that scenario.
