I have talked to him and I was not impressed. I preferred to talk to Tim. It took three messages and Tim finally called back with his cell. I thought great and then left two messages on Tim's private cell and heard not a thing. Ridiculous. I have chills at both my brokerages and the company has done nothing recently via PR to address this as time goes on and on. Was going to buy more. Now I decided to buy some other ones. Piss poor way to run a company.
