So on 07/06/2009 (a year later) Roxy announces she "filed an 8-K to announce that Dr. Slavoljub Stefanovic and his family is know (seriously.. "know" not "no") longer the controlling shareholder or the President and Chairman of the Board of the company. Currently Roxanna Weber is the President and Dorliss Bright is the Vice President of the company.
