Most likely the 1.7 million shares of GTGP go to an investment banker to back the purchase and then merdi will get shares of gthi along with cash for the actual closing. Obvious detailed plan coming together here. Don't be surprised that temporary suspension and move to greys does not really impact all that will happen. Selling to early will be the downfall for some. Have faith in your investments. My only post. GTGP strong!
