The club reality program is still going forward and Joel Friedman is still involved with it.

Again, here is the PR that was released that mentions Mr. Friedman:

The only difference is that EZVip is no longer involved. It was never the intention of pursuing this endeavor without EZVip but apparently they did not come through with aspects of their end of the partnership.

The end result is that Punch TV is producing their own club reality program and it actually becomes more cost effective for it to be done this way. Instead of basing the program in Miami, the show will now be produced in LA close to the IC Places production facilities. The production crew that was assembled for the original EZVip partnered show is still intact and will be spearheading the new production to be based in LA.

So basically all the hoopla about the disintegration of the EZVip program that was PRd actually is going to save IC Places/Punch TV money in production costs. It doesn't matter whether it was just disclosed or not. Steve Sambliss has always been upfront and accessible to the shareholders as has become apparent again earlier this evening in a message that was given to shareholders.

The claim that 15 PRs have been released to bury the news about the dissolve of the partnership between ICPA and EZVip is, IMHO, completely false. The PRs that have been released have dealt with the expansion of Punch Tv to cities throughout the United States and the partnership that ICPA has with Clear Channel regarding the Connectivision airport television network rollout. The first PR for that dealt with it being viewed at Raleigh Durham airport and I would suspect that more PRs dealing with new airports will be coming as the expansion continues.

Absolutely no worries here...........whatsoever.
