I revisited the GA Sec of State website about Xcite. Baruh Hayut is listed as the agent for both "Xcite Health Corp." and "Xcite Deal, Inc." - and both entity addresses - down to the same suite # - are the same for WifiMed Holdings.


The first Xcite entity was created in April - the second one was created in August.

The $(Insert Dollar Amount Here) questions are:

1.) What was the Xcite Deal entity created for...4 months after the original Xcite Health entity was created?
2.) If a deal is in the works, is it a real one, or a gimmick?
3.) If it's real, does the "Xcite Deal" company involve Encounterpro...and it's parent company WifiMed Holdings?
4.) What is/was Baruh Hayut's "other" company like? Real product? Good management?
5.) Does any of this play into the recent WIFM volume spike, or was it previously just a summer message board pump?

More grist for the mill. WifiMed Holdings appears to be a Georgia company with jurisdiction in Nevada. Xcite Health Corp. seems to be a Georgia company with jurisdiction in Delaware...and Xcite Deal, Inc. appears to be a Georgia company with jurisdiction in Georgia.
