The premium that JB and the board will expect is higher than anyone will pay until there are a number of processors running and have established a good production history.

Perhaps it will just be the missing link of the RKT deal. The missing link was taking a partial stake in JBI and/or giving them cash.

Why did WM used to be talked about giving plastic, and then suddenly they were nowhere? I don't think WM is interested in just giving them plastic.

After a 3 processor cluster is at RKT, and 2-3-5,6 in Niagara, that will set the stage. I guess the key here would be if sometime in the next several months they announced plans on how they will mass produce the machines. Maybe everything can arrive on-site, and "bolt them down", but I would think the streamlining of that is important, and expensive. Going to take a huge infusion of cash. Right?

I don't think WM would want to watch this company go CFP or wait long after, before having a stake, before someone else does and blocks them. Maybe the buyout angle is too aggressive, but a buy in would seem highly likely if the events unfold as the company foretasted into Q1.

Who knows, I certainly don't.
