the timing of those PR's bothered me as well(as did the share purchases by 2 officers), but if the result of this recent selling is that no more warrants remain outstanding; isnt that ultimately for the greatest good?

only way i've been able to justify this to myself is that releasing those PR's is a necessary evil in this form of financing in order to attempt to sustain any semblance of a stable share price
