I have another theory. I don't think the share price before the r/s matters that much. I think reducing the o/s is their main goal and I do agree with you artisang that its probably a requirement for one of the loans to go through.

I don't think tony will waste many PR's before the 12th, if any. We might hear more about flow numbers but I think he's waiting to release the good stuff after the vote. At that point I think we could see the share price increase nicely.
