I'm glad you're optimistic but me and you both know that lawsuits almost always drives the price of a stock down and sometimes even into the ground, it most always effects the price of a stock negatively. They will teeter-tot around with this one for awhile, especially until November. I only stuck a toe in so i'm not concerned but the time spent teeter-totting around with this for awhile is probably not worth the time or hassle anymore until a definite bottom or definite news one way or the other comes along, but like usual i'll bail when the chart rears it's ugly head, if it does.
