What?? The SEC was investigating, and it suspended GTGP. They're fully aware that a suspension is extremely damaging to any stock. The investigation will continue. We won't know what'll happen for quite awhile.

As for his remark about Wells notices, if he doesn't know what he's talking about, he should just keep his mouth shut.
