So basically what have here is an honest and proactive CEO leading a company into multi-hundred dollar contracts, oops late on filings but has the opportunity to take care of that, trading resumes, the business itself never stopped, major developments pending, MSE, MBS, Ash Grove, Oak Ridge, many other contracts, EPA/DOE benchmark, India & China, and so much more. Stock undervalued and there is SOME amount of fear right now...perfect storm for buying in early & cheap and being positioned for the wave of developments to take this PPS soaring...

Warren Buffet would be PROUD of any shareholders holding strong and buying more. Wouldn't even be surprised to find him making a buyout offer on this golden goose...
