Completely off topic (GO SUGO)!

Looking at the "pond fishing plays". Lets say there is a promoter. Throws out the email the previous night, snags the interest, then sends another one five minutes after the morning bell. It cruises up and then takes a dump. Obviously he was in it the day or days before. When you look at the fine print it says the news letter is owned by "whatever" agency and has been paid...

I've seen sites that show what agency has been paid what amount from "whatever company", when it started and that the promoter will promote it 1,2 or 3 times.

Is it a complete waste of time to watch those certain stocks and follow the "time and sale" looking for clues (911etc) and follow that chart.

Or

just scan for stks that's numbers and charts peak my interest, which is what I'm trying to do now.
