The term "currency" when relating to publicly-traded companies usually includes:

1. Being an active business.
2. Filing required periodic reports (10Qs and 10Ks) with the SEC.
3. Not having a "PL" designation by the OTC.

Have RSMI shown any signs of life since circa September of 2008? When did RSMI make its last SEC 10Q and 10K filings? What does the "PL" designation from the OTC signify?

RSMI is a corpse! All IMHO.
