So someone is seling to themselves so that
they can come back to the 3's and load up more,

sounds smart but most likely illegal and not worth the
risk, actually money is never worth the risk

of getting in trouble.

Must have mutiple accounts set up or someone(s)
working with them,

oh well, from what I see only so many shares floating around here and they will be gone sooner or later...
