Can somebody please explain their thoughts on who or what charlie and spunik actually are???

I dont spend to much time on ihub, but i have never seen them post anything apporaching positive, or their shares, or anything. I have them on ignore, but when im not logged in and read their messages it just confuses me what they are.

So anybody, please explain what they are?
