Keep in mind

no buy back of shares whereas CVS will buy 6B.

WAG is taking a gamble on AB (60% of their biz is wholesale)
90% of pharmacy biz is in London.

No access to markets like France/Spain/Germany...

adam has a link to a nice article that talks about AB biz.

WAG is betting on purchasing synergy however, WAG doesnt realize generic manufacturers sell different labeled/ manufactured product in different countries based on FDA and EU laws.

I think funds will still own WAG shares but will be over weight CVS.
