Funny how I read comments about the reason behind the SEC's suspension of GTGP. Some comments stated as fact that the SEC suspended GTGP for fraud , or for other issues than simply the financials. My question is how in the world can someone know this?
I mean, do they work at the SEC and/or are currently working in the GTGP file? I think not....
Therefore, whatever is stated is merely an OPINION

Now, anyone can come on this IHUB board and post any opinion they want. Without posting any sort of proof of anything at all. It is their right to do so. As an investor in GTGP I choose to go with the FACTS that I know and can see for myself. So, for the moment, the only FACT that we can see is what is stated CLEARLY on the SEC's Brief document about GTGP's suspension.

6. Global Technologies Group Inc. is a Florida corporation based in Florida. Questions have arisen concerning the adequacy of publicly available information about the company.

Now, as everyone can CLEARLY see, it does not mention anything other than ADEQUACY. Anyone extrapolating beyond this is just posting an OPINION. Nothing more, nothing less and shall be viewed as such.
