I agree with everything you say except "the product sells itself." I think that is, marketing-wise, the biggest problem. That a lot of people who open a cooler in, say, a Walgreens's have no idea what Phase 3 is and will buy something else. If the product was in Tucson where I live or in Buffalo where I'm visiting family, I'd make a point of asking clerks in stores how it is selling and if people seem to have an awareness of it. It does seem to be a uniquely good product and might get a really loyal customer base once its benefits (and good taste) get disovered.
