On the lawsuit my guess is the new firm does not attack with the 774 but with the 737. I do not see how the 108 or 445 factor in. I also think they may collect small license amounts but not enough to lift the share price beyond short term hype. I also assume that if somehow they have a large company on the hook that another reexam will be filed. There is no limit to the # of reexams that can be filed as long as there is a significant new question of patentability. PTSC has 6 reexams filed on its 336 patent and the USPTO pursued the reexams with its usual sense of urgency so it took only 5 years to resolve.

On NUNCHI- I soon expect a tiny cell phone start-up in the third world will be the first "NUcCHi" tM "partner".
