I would agree with the financials being late except for the fact that it is the first one being generated by the new accounting firm.I have been involved with other companies personally that took longer than expected in trying to sift through the mess of the last accountants. Once they are done reporting which should be in the next 30 days, I do not anticipate this being an issue moving forward.
