understanding and appreciating that this board has a skeptical undertone...

what are some of the phase II trials folks here feel have the best potential for breakthroughs, and are any of them coming from 'smaller' outfits that aren't already wildly overpriced?

I'm not looking for a pumper's attitude in any reponses...had enough of that elsewhere
