Seems to me, there is still or renewed life in BCLR. Over the last 12 months they issued all quarterly filings which tells me, that the company is preparing to go back to the market.
The news from yesterday points towards this direction:

Having read the 8K filing I must say, their counterpart Odebrecht

is a brandname not to be ashamed of.
What is not clear to me yet: Are they building a transportation company around BCLR and - if I look at the Webpage of www.barclayroad.net as well have in mind to put their nose into oil-exploration.
Time will tell. Maybe somebody here knows more.
