No I can't. There is no impact on the pps because it is not trading. The only impact will be an all out settlement or jury award, then we will know an approximate pps value. Had the stock been trading, I believe we would have had more input from the investor community. The way I see it Calypso won the Markman on the important parts. It is rather interesting that no one from the news media is following this case.I'm hoping the receiver gives us an update once the final Markman is filed. We would be seeing a different story if the stock were trading, then we could talk about pps impact etc. The impact now is we either have a large pps or no pps.
