'jim1234', IMO, I do not know if the jury is going to read all the filings from day one, and if they do probably will have no idea of the contents of all filings, (Court or PTO), what I see is that GOOG, is trying their best to buy some time and hoping that something will go their way. I am not an attorney, but after reading some of the articles and orders, it is quite confusing for a layman to understand. I am long with VRNG and believe we will be rewarded accordingly. I have no stops nor limit sales. Look at RIMM, yesterday it went from 7.14 to 8.46 imagine if you left for sale with a $.50 gain, and even with my stop limit with ZNGA did not stop @ $5.15 it went all the way down to $3.18 the total loss over $95,000.00 lessons to be learned.
