One question for the board. If SK got those results back from the independent company and they were really spectacular results, wouldn't he have said to someone please go through all of the data and confirm how they got these results? Wasn't there some double check on all of this before they went public? Seems to me there was such a lapse of oversight from management. Not sure and this is Monday morning QB'ing. My point is could this all have been avoided?
