"RESPONSE" FROM KEN STEAD...if you want to call it that.

Hello Ken,

I am a loyal, longtime KATX and BVIG shareholder in a quandary. I have a 5,000,000 (total) share position and would like some reassurance as to where the company is heading. Additionally, I brought four other individuals into the stock at an average price of $.06/share. Collectively, we hold 11,760,000 shares.

Sadly, due to a perceived information blackout by the company, I am forced to read the message boards for “insights” and information. As you are no doubt aware, the majority of investor sentiment is not positive. If I am to believe a fraction of the stories I read, I am tempted to liquidate my position and move on. I would like to hear directly from you to discuss my concerns. I would very much appreciate a phone call to my cell phone at (XXX) XXX-XXXX. I am in Phoenix, Arizona, but a call at any hour is fine.

If you prefer I call you, please provide a phone number and best time to call. I am a serious investor and would appreciate a sincere response.

Thank you,

Tim XXXXXXX

Ken,

Your “response” is quite disappointing. I cannot imagine how you would think this is in any way an appropriate response to a shareholder inquiry. I think you answered my question without answering it. I will take appropriate action and will advise my fellow shareholders to do the same.

Sorry to have bothered you.

Not surprisingly, no further communication from Ken. Clearly this man does not understand the importance of communicating with shareholders and I find his "answer" utterly unacceptable. I plan to take appropriate action with the SEC, as well as my shares. Good luck to all...you will need it.
