Here's the pat that throws me for a loop. Someone writes a message like the one below and one has to assume they think there is a logical reason to believe that EDIG's "tech" is being used by Apple.

Can anyone give me a logical reason for that thinking?

"Are you saying that doing nothing is also a valid decision? The fact is (the more I think about it) that we have no choice but to sue them if we want any money from them. They have proven time and again that they only enter in licensing agreements after a decision against.

Where is the good side? What do you recommend we just throw in the towel?"

It's kind of like me saying, should I throw in the towel on the presidential election, or should I keep running for the office? It's surreal.
