Keep in mind, there has not been a significant drop in volume since the prs in August. The appearance to investors is a costly endeavor to keep up. Because OTC stocks are not often front page news, public releases are not free and wtwo wouldn't be prudent to pay for news releases every week. The next 10Q will give investors a strong perception of the company and the pps will react accordingly.

That being said, a news release now would cause a nice spike to the pps due to the current chart pattern and decent volume despite no recent prs.
