You along with several others on this board have mentioned buying a lot of shares lately. Thats great. I can see now why the price is going up.

My question though, is why people believe that this time is "the time." Baltia has said dozens of times that approval was coming, near, etc. They even had proposed flight dates and time periods in the past. Is this time really it though? If so, what happened every other time they said it? This is a management team that claims to have hundreds of years of experience...why would they continue to say something was near when it wasn't all of the other times? Were they misinformed? Overly excited? Foolish? Lying? Who knows...

But this time its real......
