All that base-building and taking a breather and averages crossing stuff is simply nonsense when applied to a stinky pinky.

"I am a believer in history repeating itself ...."  If so, you'd better (1) take another look at that 5-year chart, where the stock goes to sleep for years after one of its fabled "runs"; and (2) drop the nonsense about "we now head to pennies".  This stock hasn't seen pennies since 2003 (when it had nothing to do with minerals, and before the 1:20 reverse split).

There is no chart which could be read by any rational person -- strong believer, weak believer, or non-believer -- as encouraging a buy or a hold for this stock.
