I have to say that I am astonished that 10 years down the road people are still trying to find find a scintilla of a reason to believe that EDIG has something/anything to do with Apple. EDIG references (now) all the great stuff they did over the years - they were, according to EDIG, the first in many areas. Surprisingly enough, they never made any money from these "firsts." Except jabra, which they evidently spun off so everyone but the shareholders could make money.
Many of the rest of these "firsts" were virtually given away for NRE dollars to "keep the doors open", a talent in which EDIG has few peers.
To think that EDIG's VoiceNav would somehow either be incorporated into Siri, or that EDIG is now, out of the blue, going to bring action against Apple for infringement, borders on the lunatic.
If one could compile the relevant posts over the years one could effectively take some of those from 5, 6, 7, 8 years ago, drop them on some other boards today, and no one would notice they are out of date. This Apple / PortalPlayer line of fantasy has always been particularly irksome as there are certain investors who know virtually nothing about technology as it existed 10 years ago or as it exists today, who are convinced Apple "stole our 'tech'", that VoiceNav is "inside Siri", and that various other unlawfule uses of EDIG's "tech" have taken place.
These are the creations of minds that believe in numerology, fate, and all manner of circumstance, but which do not understand much about present day technology. But they will repeat the actions of the past in which EDIG shareholders can find any excuse at all to continue to "believe," all evidence to the contrary. Remember, a video demo proves that Nunchi "tech" exists.
