I have a lot of confidence in the new C.E.O. and his ability to have put together a workable business plan that attracted quality investors and will generate substantial shareholder value.

It's my "gut feeling" that financing is in place and that the new investors are accumulating cheap shares before the news is released.

I wish I were privy to "inside information". I'd probably own a lot more shares. :)
