There is no one to sue because the last management act of the once officers of this company before they resigned in-mass was to change the Articles of Incorporation with new by-laws letting themselves both personally and professionally off the proverbial hook for any and all damages.

You have a absolute loss without any chance of recovery or recouping of your investment. Its not a 10% or a 5% chance....its a ZERO (0%) percent chance.

Haven't you noticed that the last remnants of the pimping & pumping machine plus the avid company apologists have not posted in months ?
